1. General Privacy Policy
A merchant is obligated to protect buyer’s personal information. Collected information will be used only for purposing better user experience and provision of offered services. The merchant is going to protect buyer’s information and will do everything to protect it from violation and abuse.
Protection personal information is one of the most important concerns of the merchant, because of its sensitive data.
2. Using of the personal information
The merchant collects the following user’s personal information in propose to offer a quality service:
Name and Surname;
Addresses;
Company name (if the buyer is company);
TAX number (if the buyer is company);
E-mail (username);
Password in encrypted form;
Phone numbers;
Country;
other information which is filled in the registration form voluntarily;
other information which is added to user’s profile voluntarily.
The responsibility of every user is to check their information and confirm that everything is correct.
A user can request at any time that his personal information will be permanently deleted from the database. He can do that by sending an email with a request to [email protected] or by opening a ticket with a request at viktoryshop.com/support.
3. Cookies and IP addresses
The merchant assigns a cookie to every user when their session starts. The cookie is used for identification of the user, to follow activities of a shopping cart and to provide tracking. The cookie is deleted in an hour of inactivity. The merchant has a right to save some permanent cookies on user’s browser, such as items rating (buyer is informed about past ratings) and out-services cookies such as Google Analytics (for website visitors analyzing). That information can be used anonymously for proposing statistical analysis. IP addresses are recorded only for safety assurance.

The merchant is going to protect buyer’s information and will do everything to protect it from violation and abuse. User’s information will not be forwarded to the third person unless government appeal is received or in case of realizing merchant’s legal action. All personal information will be stored and protected in accordance with rules and legal acts. The merchant is not going to use that information in propose which could harm the user or any other related person. The merchant is not going to use user’s information to send spam or unwanted promotional messages, except the user will subscribe to newsletters. The merchant will reveal only required buyer’s information (information about the recipient and their addresses) to delivery courier (e.g. DHL, UPS, Slovenian Post etc.). In case of necessity, the merchant will contact the user via e-mail address; and only in the case of problems in registration process or buying process, the user will be contacted via phone number (which was provided in the registration step).
5. Performance of privacy policy
Every employee, which is employed permanently or part-time is informed with a duty of protecting user’s personal information and has to respect it. The duty of protecting personal information and other information has an unlimited time period, even in case of a cancelled relationship with the merchant. Every registered user has a right to stop using this online store and cancel their registration. That can be made by written request to a seller. Before written request, the user has to meet all the unpaid cost of orders, made in this online store. The merchant will protect the privacy of information even in cancellation of registration.
